Gulfstream investors participate in a junior position within each first mortgage commercial real estate loan purchased or originated by the Company.  Gulfstream is currently offering its investors an annual return (payable pro rata monthly) of up to 15%, plus exit fees earned when the loan is repaid.  The offered returns vary depending on the risk profile associated with each loan transaction.  Our program is ideal for investors seeking a strong risk-adjusted rate of return from a real estate backed, fixed income investment held for personal or retirement accounts.
