Since 1979, Mr. Hennessy has served as President of the Company’s predecessor, Gulfstream Financial Services, Inc. During that time, he has been involved in the acquisition and origination of more than $1 billion of commercial real estate loans secured by numerous property types located throughout the United States. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Hennessy has successfully developed a network of commercial banks, mortgage firms, and numerous individual investors.
In the real estate finance business since 1975, Mr. Harkey has held many executive positions in a variety of institutions including a savings and loan in Jacksonville, FL, a savings bank in Plantation, FL, and a savings bank in Tampa, FL, in addition to two years at the Resolution Trust Corporation.
Mr. Stevenson brings to GCC over 13 years of diversified experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, finance, development and operations with an emphasis in the hospitality industry. He has served as principal and/or advisor in the acquisition of more than $500 million of real estate for private entities and public corporations.
Prior to joining GCC, Mr. Loggins served as Senior Vice President at Flag Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where he managed all aspects of the Structured Finance Department. Previous to Flag, he served in a similar capacity as President of the Specialty Lending Division at Century South Bank of NE Georgia. Mr. Loggins has over 20 years experience in the banking industry, and has produced over $500 million in commercial real estate loan purchases and originations.
